The Green Lane Farms Homeowners Association sponsors several fun "family oriented" events throughout the year.

Events include; an Easter Egg Hunt and a visit from the Easter Bunny to be held in March, a Summer Activity to be held in July or August at the park, the Garden of the Week contest for each of the sixteen zones to be held from May through September, the Halloween Parade to be held in October, the Holiday Decorating Contest and a visit from Santa and his friends from the Fairview Township Fire Department on the antique Fairview Township fire engine to be held in December.
